Alterations, Improvements & Repairs

VBA1 requires ARB approval for constructing “improvements” or for “any visual exterior alterations,” or for repairs that “result in the use of materials of a different type, shade, color or quality than the original.”

Renting

If you wish to loan or rent your unit, the appropriate form must be completed and sent to our management company, Sunstate Association Management Group. Please note that the minimum rental period is 90 days.

Selling

If you wish to sell your proprietary lease/unit, the appropriate forms must be completed and sent to our management company, Sunstate Association Management Group. The forms and instructions/procedures needed are listed below.
